Responsibility Business support: 61 Serve as regional expert on HR system navigation, process improvement, data relationships and HR data reporting. 61 Leverage new technology (e.g., Python, Power Apps, etc.) to analyze status-quo, enhance HR processes through cooperation with Global Process Owner (GPO), Digital & Analytics team and IT. Steer and / or execute the technical resolution of escalated issues on a global & regional level. 61 Provide consultancy / training to other HR colleagues on Workday organization design, authorization, data security, information classification etc. 61 Be responsible for maintenance on the Personnel Administration data (PA) and the Organizational Management structures (OM) within the HR core system. Ensure data reliability even when that data is maintained by other HR process teams. 61 Serve as HR Connect representative to participate in neighborhood function’s audits and take appropriate action (including but not limited to analysis, internal alignment, etc.) to solve and address findings while improving quality. ELCM: 61 Develop cooperative and influential relationships within the respective team portfolios and provide operational excellence for all employee life-cycle related activities that include but not limited to personal file, onboarding, probation, promotion, termination, retirement to meet daily business needs. 61 Ensure all the ELCM procedures are well designed, communicated and followed. Identify gaps, implement operational and process improvements wherever is needed. 61 Be the expert of all established HR systems, such as Workday, HR S4U, could provide processes and operations guidance to users. Be able to troubleshoot and work with Global HR and IT partners on HR system issue diagnose and problem resolution so as to make sure data accuracy and customer needs. 61 Ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete employee P-files. Proactively act as lead for P-files management for all COV China Employees by monitoring the quality and improving with internal and external resources to meet the legal requirements and digitalization trends. 61 Handle the calculation of ER cases at various levels under certain business situation with solid labor law knowledge that includes but not limited to termination cases, employee handbook review. 61 Perform other duties / ad-hoc projects as directed, consistent with the classification level of the position and in line with the principle of multi-skilling.
