1) Carry out the long-term transport safety management strategies, objectives in TLC/TMSH, monitor the implementation status and improve the performance with cross-functional effort. 2) Meet the requirement of transport safety management policy in the daily operation and logistics activities, measure transporters’ performance and track the result, manage the 3PL transporters. 3) Collect the transportation data and prepare the analysis report, make the various of trend analysis and put forward action plans to reduce them. 4) Assist to prepare the monthly meeting plan, meeting material and record. 5) Work with HSEQ, transport team to conduct the mock ICT audit and follow up the action plan. 6) Conduct driver management, including driver training arrangement with HSEQ and transporter, toolbox meeting, qualifications verification, etc. 7) Conduct vehicle management, including STL, vetting, maintenance, qualifications verification, etc. 8) Conduct trip management, monitor OBC violations, analyze driving behavior trend and follow up action plans. 9) Make regular and spot inspection, evaluation on vehicle vetting, safe to Load, training, etc., and follow up the action plans afterwards. 10) Participates in the analyses of accidents/incidents if needed, risk assessments and other actions led jointly with HSEQ and transport team. 11) Analyze KPI result monthly, update various reports every month; 12) Assist to prepare the review of transport safety performance with transporters in supplier meeting and business review meeting to drive for continuous improvement. Attend annual contract review with procurement department, transport team and transporters if necessary. 13) Other transport safety management matters assigned by Transport Safety manager. 14) Manage digital tools and platforms, such as G7, SLMS, STL APP, etc. to realize the high standard transport safety management.
Requirement: 1) Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, vehicle engineering or business administration; 2) HSEQ background is a plus. 3) Knowledge with vehicle or engineering equipment. 4) Knowledge of transport type and operation process. 5) Knowledge of logistics safety management. 6) Good command of English in reading, writing, speaking. 7) Strong skills in MS Office (Excel; Access; PowerPoint; etc.).
