Responsibilities 1. As the administrator of NET system, responsible for system fuction optimization, entire equipment life cycle management including instruction establish and revise, master data preparation, spare parts identifying, validation of PM implementation until write off. 2. Proactively identify and replace the special equipments which are close service life or lower than energy efficiency rate according to regulation to eliminate safety risk and meet compliances. 3. Continue improvement and cost saving projects implenmentation, especially for the critical fire-fighting, RTO and emission on line monitoring, gas detector system to ensure 100% compliance. 4. Strictly implement equipment maintenance safety procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. 5. Responsible for special equipment, firefighting, safety, environmental protection facilities management and maintenance to ensure compliance, including daily inspection, force calibration, energy saving, government system reporting, document filing, safety training & drilling. 6. Spare parts management especially for special equipment, identifying safety stock proposal and cost control, timely receiving, issuing and returning material to ensure consistent material accounts in maintenance warehouse, stocktaking and reporting. 7. Join HSEQ system internal & external audit and actions follow up, related documents review and management, manual, report and record filing, like special equipment related calibration report, equipment instruction, method statement, PTW, etc.

Basic safety knowledge of chemical equipment and pipe. 3. Basic financial knowledge and cost control awareness.
Position Requirements 1. Education: Above the college in Science & Engineering. 2. Experience: Above 5 years related working experience, have 2 years special equipment management experience with special equipment safety management certification(A). 3. IT Skills: Familiar with maintenance system like SAP, strong office software skill on documentation and reporting, CAD is a must. Prefer to have digitalization practice experience like mobile facilities and QR or bar code. 4. Language Skills: English or Chinese, basic Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking in English. 5. Working arrangements: Normal office working hours. 6. Traveling required: Very seldom.
