We are looking for in-house experienced linguists from English into Simplified Chinese to join our Shanghai office team. The selected linguist will be translating and reviewing technical and/or marketing-oriented materials in the IT industry, and make editing if needed for marketing content.

Key Requirements:
1. Experienced as a translator and reviewer, from English into Simplified Chinese, familiar with CAT tools;
2. Experienced in working to high linguistic standard, and adhering to product-specific glossaries and style guides.
3. Above-average writing skills in your mother tongue, as well as good English;
4. Ability to think outside the box;
5. Flexibility and a positive attitude;
6. Good communication skills;
7. Professional approach and commitment to quality;
8. Able to work autonomously as well as with a team

Preferable:
1. Interest in IT and technology;
2. Ideally 5-7 years as technical translators/reviewers in IT, new technologies or similar environment, or in a technical publishing house.
