Job Summary: This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media plan that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports the company’s marketing and business goals. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and possess a deep understanding of China's social media platforms and trends. This include but not limited to Red, Douyin, Wechat and Weibo. Key Responsibilities: 61 Content Development & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content that aligns with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Create and manage a content calendar that includes a mix of original, curated, user-generated, KOL content tailored to the platforms. 61 Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop compelling visuals and copy. 61 Community Management: Monitor and engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner across all social media platforms. 61 Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using social media analytics and native insights. Use data to inform and optimize future strategies. 61 Trend Monitoring: Stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices. Identify new opportunities and propose innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the competition. 61 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. 61 Brand Advocacy: Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and key partners to amplify the brand’s reach and credibility.
Qualifications: 61 Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Chinese social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategy development and execution. 61 Skills: o Strong understanding of Chinese social media platforms, tools, and best practices. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and conversational and basic English. o Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. o Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. o Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and tools. o Strong organizational and multitasking skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
