The main function of the Market Management Manager is to drive and deliver business result of key responsibilities mainly including project management, order and shipment management and customer service for key markets in China and Asia Pacific. This role will work closely with cross functional teams to provide solutions and service to customer directly. The role we are hiring will be responsible for China market. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION [Project Management] 61 Plan and drive program timeline and ensure related stakeholders to contribute to a timely delivery for each milestone to meet customer’s needs and provide solutions to overcome challenges and to mitigate risks. When there is timeline conflict, program manager takes the lead to coordinate with key stakeholders to work on alternative solutions. 61 Align and track financial goal for each program with Business Development manager and partner with cross functional teams and supply chain to meet or exceed profitability goal. 61 Manage programs from product design approval to sample approval, factory cost negotiation and review, sales price quotation and PO release. Work with customer directly to manage customer expectation and business development. 61 Product factory cost /MOQ management with internal Supply Chain team. Be responsible for sales price quotation and margin management to meet or exceed budget goal, closely work with Business Development Manager, and team leader for price quotation review, alignment for any special price support program to win the business. [Business Forecast and Data] 61 Partner with Business Development Manager to work on monthly sales forecast (sales revenue) reporting and analyse the variance, provide constructive inputs for the markets in terms of how to capture the business opportunity and risks with business Development manager and PD team. 61 Proactively provide demand forecast (product quantity) information to demand planner to review production capacity for samples and mass production orders to ensure project timely. 61 Support to collect sell-through data from market and customer to learn and analyse promotion result and build up the data base proactively to share with internal teams to identify action plans including assortment, product development and business plan, etc. [Customer Management] 61 Be the main contact window to solve customer inquiry (not limited to timeline, quotation, etc), factory visit, key meeting arrangement. Support business development manager and leader to maintain customer relationship as needed.
