KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 61 Produce monthly management reports and participate in month-end management review process 61 Perform analytics for profitability review, and provide explanations for variance against budget 61 Act as a business partner with Business Units’ stakeholders to provide functional support for business growing 61 Evaluate potential opportunity of new investments and prepare the payback analysis before presenting to the management 61 In-charge of CAPEX request preparation and submission to HQ in a timely manner 61 Participate in annual budgeting process 61 Drive continuous improvement of current management reporting workflow 61 Prepare ad-hoc analysis as per business needs 61 Any other duties assigned
S SPECIFIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field 61 Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience 61 Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese 61 Good analytical & conceptual skills, and high level of commercial acumen 61 Self-driven, detail and results-orientated with an ability to work well under pressure 61 Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthy; 61 Reliable and able to work individually as well as part of a team 61 Good inter-personal skills 61 Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
