Qualifications : 1. The candidate has 2-5 years experience in sales in off-highway industry (preferably Chinese private company) as well as sales success track record 2. The candidate shall have good understanding of customer account management (customer SWOT, strategy, relations, opportunities) 3. The candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset to continuously offer value for customer 4. The candidate should have good communication skills and flexible mindset 5. The candidate has to have willingness to travel frequently and visit customers
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for off-highway electrification sales and increase the market share 2. Maintain and expand customer relations 3. Co-ordinate commercial topics related to customers, including production planning, stock control, AR control etc 4. Collect and report market and competitor information of target industry sector 5. Develop customer account strategies
