预防医学专家(咨询专家) Senior Preventive Medicine Expert 岗位职责 Job Responsibilities 1、认同企业品牌和文化理念,维护企业利益,共同树立品牌形象; 1. Align with the company's brand and cultural philosophy, safeguard the company's interests, and collectively establish the brand image. 2、根据客户的体检报告进行评估,解答客户健康咨询,出具个性化全生命周期的健康管理方案,并为客户进行报告解读与建议,为成交铺垫; 2. Evaluate customer medical reports, answer health consultations, provide personalized full lifecycle health management plans, and explain reports and suggestions to clients, preparing for transactions. 3、接待客户咨询,与客户保持良好积极的沟通,通过专业的用语取得客户的信赖; 3. Receive client consultations, maintain positive communication with clients, and use professional explanation to establish and promote trust with clients. 4、根据客户需求,对客户的健康管理方面的问题做出细致专业的解答、提供有效的建议和规划,对客户的健康和生活方式提出合理化建议和指导; 4. Provide detailed professional answers, effective suggestions, and planning for client health management needs, and offer rational advice and guidance on clients' health and lifestyle. 5、对公司内外部售前、售中、售后工作提供专业支持; 5. Provide professional support for pre-sales, sales, and post-sales work within and outside the company. 6、负责开展公司内部人员的专业培训,提升团队业务技能; 6. Conduct professional training for internal staff to enhance team business skills. 7、担任健康讲座及各类沙龙的主讲专家,提供健康相关问题的知识解答,有效传达企业品牌,推广项目,挖掘有效客户; 7. Act as the keynote speaker for health lectures and various salons, offering knowledge on health-related issues, effectively conveying the company's brand, promoting projects, and identifying potential clients. 8、及时完成领导交代的其他工作任务。 8. Timely complete other tasks assigned by leadership. 任职条件 Job Qualifications 1、临床医学专业优先,具备丰富的临床经验,或药学、免疫学、生物学等相关专业硕士以上学历,形象大方得体; 1. Clinical medicine major preferred, with extensive clinical experience, or a master's degree or above in related fields such as pharmacy, immunology, biology, with a professional and decented appearance. 2、5年以上细胞行业,或大健康、抗衰老、慢性病管理、海外医疗、肿瘤预防与放化疗术后修复等行业相关经验,熟悉客户服务模式及销售模式,具有该行业成功案例运作经验; 2. Over 10 years of experience in the cell industry, or related fields such as health, anti-aging, chronic disease management, overseas medical, tumor prevention, and post-chemo/radiotherapy recovery, familiar with customer service models and sales models, and with enough successful case operation experiences in the industry. 3、成熟稳重、健谈、诚信、亲和力强、信念感强,对销售工作有较高的热情;3. Mature and steady, talkative, honest, strong affinity, strong sense of belief, and high enthusiasm for sales work. 4、工作积极高效、作风严谨、有责任心,语言逻辑清晰,沟通协调能力强,有一定的抗压能力; 4. Proactive and efficient work style, rigorous, responsible, clear logical thinking, strong communication and coordination skills, and able to work under pressure. 5、普通话标准,有丰富的医学知识储备,擅长个性化健康方案的制定,有灵活多样的销售技巧,可以独立完成健康类检测报告的解读,独立出具健康干预指导方案,具备高端客户维护跟踪及解答能力,熟练使用Office软件; 5. Standard Mandarin, with rich medical knowledge, good at formulating personalized health plans, flexible and diverse sales skills, capable of independently interpreting health test reports, issuing health intervention guidance plans independently, maintaining and tracking high-end clients, and proficient in using Office software. 6、具备细胞、抗衰老、各类慢性病、肿瘤预防与放化疗术后修复、临床医学等相关医学知识,了解德国或海外医学文化底蕴; 6. Possess medical knowledge related to cells, anti-aging, various chronic diseases, tumor prevention, and post-chemo/radiotherapy recovery, clinical medicine, and familiar with German or other overseas medical culture. 7、擅长各类健康主题沙龙讲座。 7. Skilled in various health-themed salon lectures.
