Job Summary Predicting battery safety requires a multiphysics approach to take into account the various involved physical phenomena, such as mechanical behavior under crash, thermal runaway modelling and electro-thermal phenomena. In order to help users to efficiently and accurately model those strongly interconnected phenomena, Altair is developing a solution that will automate the set up of the various simulations, allowing the users to concentrate on the analysis of the results, rather than setting up complex models. We are looking for a technical specialist who will collaborate with our development team, making sure that it answers the challenges of our customers and brings the best available numerical techniques within easy-to-use workflows. Your role will be to work in collaboration with our customer to understand their objectives, work on innovative methods to achieve their goals and collaborate with the development team to implement and document those methods.
