Major Duties:
- Develop maintain and develop feed and biofuel customers in west China,Willing to travel up to 70% of time. 在西南片区维护和开发饲料和生物燃料客户, 愿意70%的时间出差;
- Proactively conduct customer visits, define needs, accept enquires, clarify scope and initiate offer process. 主动拜访客户，确定需求，接受咨询，明确范围并启动报价流程;
- Customer consultation and sale of service, offer upgrades. 客户咨询和销售服务，提供升级服务;
- Responsibility for market development in service. 负责服务领域的市场开发
- Follow up aggressively for quoted services and translate them into orders. 积极跟进报价服务并将其转化为订单;
- Analyse and address customer complaints. 分析和处理客户投诉;
- Provide spare-parts proposal for customer’s inquiries. 为客户咨询提供配件及易损件建议;
- Process spare part order via phone ,email. 通过电话、邮件处理备件订单;
- Create and maintain project plan cost, project cash flow follow up. 创建和维护项目计划成本，项目现金流跟踪。

Competence:
- College or bachelor degree of mechanical or electrical engineering. 机械或电气工程专科或本科学历;
- Good English in writing, reading.良好的英语读写能力;
- More than 5 years’ experience of service sales experience of the feed and biofuel industry. 5年以上饲料与生物燃料行业服务及销售经验;
- Knows maintenance management in feed and biofuel industry.了解饲料与生物燃料设备的维护管理。
