61 Responsible for rolling forecast and interpret financial variance with business insights, meanwhile translate business trends and identify and alert opportunities and risks in timely manner and effectively collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver financial results.
61 Participate 3yrs strategic planning, build healthy and profitable growth plan and smart investment plan in China. Master AOP process and closely monitor local deployment and ensure financial KPIs are well delivered.
61 Support quotation for new business wins and margin improvement as business partner to both Commercial and Purchasing department.
61 Coordinate financial affairs with 2 local plants located at Suzhou and Changzhou and 1 R&D center at Beijing as well as China leadership team at Shanghai HQ
61 Set-up mechanism for costing analysis and quotation process and drive optimization in financial related processes where necessary
61 Design standard analysis template for three manufacturing plants and drive synergies


61 At least 10 years working experience in reputable MNCs in automobile or auto parts industry, FP&A or controlling role.
61 Strong logic and analytical thinking, number-sensitive
61 Self-motivated and performance driven
61 Excellent intercultural communication skill and good leadership
61 MBA or professional certificate holder is highly preferred
