技术项目经理职责
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for engineering design and technical execution of the project, and cost/benefit evaluations, project monitoring, project technical closure, on-going and final project SAP release, providing feedback to CFA&C for accounting purpose on quarterly basis the least.
技术项目经理负责工程设计和项目的技术执行，成本/收益评估，项目控制，项目技术关闭，在建项目和最终完工项目的SAP发布，以及至少每季度向CFA&C提供反馈以进行会计处理。
02 To lead customer need/demand communication, engineering design, procurement, contract confirmation etc.
领导项目前期的客户需求沟通，工程设计，采购及合同确认的工作；
02 According to the time node confirmed by the contract, it is comprehensively controlled whether each link (design or construction site coordination) is completed on time and in good quality.
根据合同确认的时间节点， 把控每个环节（设计或施工现场配合）是否按时优质的完成；
02 The billing payment progress and the payment tracking progress after the completion of each milestone of the project.
项目各个子环节完成后进度款的请款与款项入账的跟踪工作；
02 Hand over the project to final user for operation and perform technical closure of the project according to corporate procedure.
向最终用户移交项目进行运营，并按公司程序完成项目关闭工作。
02 In project execution, identify and evaluate risks such as technical bottlenecks, insufficient resources, and schedule delays.
在项目执行过程中，识别和评估风险，如技术瓶颈、资源不足和进度延误等。
Develop corresponding risk response plans and supervise the execution and control of risks.
制定相应的风险应对计划，并监督风险的执行和控制。
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to find solutions and take appropriate measures to reduce the impact of risks.
与团队成员和利益相关者合作，找到解决方案，并采取适当的措施来减少风险的影响；
02 Develop and implement a quality management plan to ensure the quality of project deliverables and meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
制定和执行质量管理计划，确保项目交付物的质量，并满足客户和利益相关者的需求；
Develop quality standards and indicators, and supervise the work of team members to ensure the quality of the project.
制定质量标准和指标，并监督团队成员的工作，以保证项目的质量。
Collaborate to conduct testing and validation to ensure the quality and stability of the project.

Part II: Project Managing and Coordination

02 - Responsible for customer docking work, providing project-oriented and technical support throughout the design with a focus on attention to detail.

02 To organize stakeholders to participate in the communication and discussion of design plans regularly, and time schedules to effectively meet the needs of stakeholders, and make timely meeting records.

02 According to the specific needs of customer feedback, organize design teams, procurement or suppliers to carry out effective communication and task implementation, and make timely meeting records.

02 The design plan is deepened, and the corresponding landing plan can be forward-looking and matched with the designer to select the materials in accordance with the customer's budget. （High sensitivity to new materials/processes, to provide fast and accurate solutions）.
设计方案深化阶段，能够前瞻性提出相应的落地方案并配合设计师进行符合客户预算范围内材料的选择定样（对新型材料/工艺流程敏度感高，从而快速准确地提供解决方案）；
02 In the stage of project cooperation, the project can meet the design needs of the resident design communication, and actively provide relevant solutions for the on-site emergency problems.
方案落地配合阶段，能够服从项目需要提供驻场的设计沟通，积极地针对现场突发问题组织相关专业人士一起提供解决方案。

Evaluate the skills and abilities of team members to determine the optimal resource allocation.

Responsible for evaluating and providing performance feedback from team members to ensure the team can perform at its best.

02 Aware of and comply with the corporate and local Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

任职要求:
Bachelor's degree, with major in chemical, mechanical, civil or other relevant subjects.
大学本科，化工、机械、土建或相关专业背景；
02 At least 10 years working experience in engineering or manufacturing, at least 5 years working experience in API and Pharmaceutical industry.
至少十年工程设计或生产制造领域专业经验，以及至少五年原料药或制剂生产行业就业经验。
02 Rich experiences and strong ability in capital investment project management, and experience in pharm factory (GMP standard site) is preferred.
具备优秀的资本投资项目管理经验和能力，有GMP制药药厂经验者优先考虑。
02 Strictly comply with National laws and regulations, EHS and quality management system, abide by the company Code of Conduct, rules and regulations. Ensure that all work behaviour conform to company's compliance requirements.
