Job description
The Client Solutions Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic solutions to meet the needs of clients. They work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and then collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that address those needs. The Client Solutions Director serves as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that their expectations are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Design customized solutions to address client needs, leveraging company products, services, and expertise.
Create detailed proposals, including scope of work, timelines, and pricing.
Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
Visiting existing and potential customers.
Candidate must possess strong mathematical skills and knowledge of basic cost for all freight forwarding products including air / ocean / domestic trucking / import and export.
Candidate must possess high motivation and diligent work ethics.
Working closely with the operation team to help maintain and develop a collaborative relationship for customers’ satisfaction.
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
-Proven experience in client relationship management and solution development.
-Must be legal to work in the US.
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual in Chinese is plus.
-Multitasking and time management
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
-5+ years of experience in the field is preferred, Cargo wise experience required.

Working Location:Shenzhen,Hangzhou or Shanghai
