Main Position Tasks: 1. Sales management: be responsible for Regional sales management and Sales Turnover results. 2. Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of reseller partners in specific assigned channels and/or vertical markets. 3. Distributors management: Locates, evaluates and recruits potential channel partners including systems integrators, value added resellers (VARs), support trade channel development via distributors, dealers or retailers. 4. Key Account/ Project sales activities support: Supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training to achieve revenue targets. 5. Team management and Development in China East Region.
Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept. 2. At least 3 -5 years’ experience in related sales area within good performance can be tracked. 3. With entrepreneur sprit, passionate and can always make things happen. Proven to be proactive for the job e.g., seek information to your line manager without being asked. 4. Proven to be hard working with a lot of on-site activities, be competitive and result oriented. 5. With good industry knowledge and skills in sales. 6. Good at multi-tasking, with output good performance solidly under work pressure. 7. Comfortable on frequent travel and onsite support across China.
