Responsibilities: 61 Assist Account Directors in managing all aspects of client real estate assignments, including review material specifications and liaison with client and internal services lines to push for on-going projects. 61 Abstracting key information from Chinese/Mandarin Lease Documents in English and updating the abstracted data into a database or a template in both the languages as required. 61 Prepare portfolio analysis and tactical recommendations to support client decision making and the advancement of strategic real estate directives; Organize the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages 61 Gather supporting documentation to coordinate with brokers and different service lines in Asia Pacific Region 61 Update and maintain various information and property portfolio real estate databases. 61 Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required by Account Director and clients 61 Track project status and handle internal process and administration. 61 Assist Account Directors in managing all aspects of new client assimilation and portfolio due diligence process, including lease administration & portfolio reporting across the Asia Pacific Region. Skills & Experience: 61 Bachelor degree in Real Estate or business equivalent courses. 1 year Real Estate firm experience is preferred. 61 Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. 61 Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease. 61 Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. 61 Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Powerpoint, Excel, Word, internet research and Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point). 61 Result oriented.
