Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Work with other sections within the company to provide good service.
2. Coordinate and monitor the test project status according to defined procedures and test method.
3. Summarize and monitor overall projects progress
4. Write test & Inspection protocol according to retail client demand.
5. Conduct satellite lab assessment and internal lab management.
6. Train engineer and inspector before start test and inspection.
7. Conduct in-house test and witness test on supplier site.
8. Follow-up on documentation and samples from customers.
9. Provide general information (status, standard) to customers
10. Review and approve the test report
11. Handle customer enquiry in a prompt and responsive manner.
12. Assistant KA and CS to handle subcontract test contract and monitor the progress.
13. Perform other job related assignments as required.
Minimum Requirements :
1. University degree in engineering or science discipline.
2. At least five years automotive industrial experience, include quality management experience or test experience
3. Be Familiar with lab assessment according to ISO 17025.
4. Be Familiar with relative automotive test standard, include QC/T,SAE, ASTM, ASME and relative OEM standard.
5. Have strong functional and durability test background relate to auto metallic function parts, such as chassis parts, CV-Axle, shocks and struts, filter, ignition coiling, water pump, fuel pump or automotive electric parts etc.
6. FMVSS standards/ ECE regulations or CE certification background is prior.
7. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written (English).
8. Ability to travel via car and airplane and for overnight duration’s.
