As a Key Account Manager, you will create our strategy for the responsible account , coordinate the internal and external resource to satisfy the customer requirement , grow the business share at your business tolerance ,delivery the business result as the plan aligned with manager , keep the key account in a healthy and sustainability development. Key Responsibilities 61 Set up the strategy and aligned with the management, achieve the sales target of the responsible key account 61 Delivery the sales result as aligned plan, and secure the projects could be on track from design phase to the execution phase 61 Show good owner shipment, and coordination capabilities, to support the business of your responsible key account growth to meet the sales target. 61 Focus on the key account, coordinate with related function team to provide the suitable solution and collect the market information to continues to upgrade the product platform, make business to be more profitable. 61 Build PPG reputation at market leader position, handle customers’ complaint in professional way. 61 Have project management skill and secure project execution as plan & delivery the sale 61 Good external & internal communication, including Sales team , TS , Tech, OP and other related function teams , and make sure to provide service to your responsible account , also provide accuracy forecast as possible to monitor the business status . 61 Manage the business opportunities in existing account and developing account in efficient way by Client link, Index system .
