In this role, you will: 1. Participate in business planning activities mainly including financial, and rescore planning 2. Support for driving optimal organizational design and resource allocation in line with business objectives 3. Manage costs and resources to be within FRP, and support saving initiatives by collaborating across teams in order to drive the strategic agenda 4. Collect and review with due diligence on cost and resource requests from different teams, and coordinate for management approval 5. Prepare cost and resource related MI/ meeting pack for business planning/ reporting purpose 6. Support ad hoc tasks in Chief of Staff area
Qualifications:
1. University degree, preferably in business management, finance or other relevant qualifications 2. 5 years+ working experience in financial industry with financial management and business analysis 3. Strong analytical skills with investigative and detail-oriented mind set 4. Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills; presentation skills preferred 5. Strong coordination and stakeholder management capability 6. Self-starter, with strong Can-Do attitude
