1、Facilitate evaluation of the deals by leading cross-functional project team including development, manufacturing, safety, quality assurance, regulatory, finance, etc.
2、Lead business development activities such as in-licensing and out-licensing with facilitating negotiation of the deals in mainland China and the other Ping An-Shionogi’s territory.
3、Build consensus about the deal with the executive managements
4、Manage the alliance based on the definitive agreement concluded with the partners
5、Develop and implement the in-and out-licensing strategy of the company, considering mid-and long-term pipeline and entire corporate strategy.

1、Business-leveled English
2、Business-leveled Chinese (including mother tongue)
3、+10 yr-working experience in pharmaceutical companies
4、+7 yr-working experience in business development, at pharmaceutical companies
5、 +5 yr-working experience in pharmaceutical companies from abroad (EU, US, Japan)
6、Experience of In- and/or out-license of new chemical entity from abroad (EU, US, Japan)
7、High capability for logical thinking, fluent communication, problem-solving and sense of responsibility
8、Understanding of multiculture/variance
