Mission Your mission is to develop new MTB customers, promote company full potential product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory.
Major Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 61 Achieve sales targets for the MTB Segment. 61 Set up mission, goals and strategies, which align with company business development. 61 Set up and drive MTB sales team, while manage sales team, make sure the result-oriented action plan implementation firmly. 61 Master the market mapping and competitor mapping within assigned segment. 61 Balance the MTB hit rate and CUGP. 61 In close co-operation with Area sales managers and product managers, develop and strengthen the market share of existing customers and new customers. 61 In close co-operation with local sales team and project team to smooth the sales operation 61 Working with key accounts on mainly high levels. Lead and manage key projects. 61 To develop automation product and Software in MTB customer.
Education & Experience 61 University degree or above with engineering background 61 At least 5 years sales experience in related segment 61 Team management experience and key account management experience is preferred.
