Key Responsibilities: 61 Project Management Keep track of agreed priorities and projects and hold people accountable to milestones and deliverables, across China and HQ Product and customer like private label development Brand development Own and manage China priority projects that span across the global organization 61 Business- and market analysis Provide consistency in data quality collected from different teams and shared with HQ Analyze data and provide insights to help the leadership taking better decisions and to be used in business- strategic and project planning Secure the China leadership is aligned on the data and has one story around the data Making sure data is presented in a simple and consistent format aligned with global standards 61 Strategic planning Facilitating the China short and long-term strategy and making sure it remains consistent Make sure strategy sync with market analysis and data Help to share strategy in a clear and transparent way 61 Other work Support on ad hoc tasks, including presentations to team, customers, or HQ
