Main Responsibilities: 61 Educate vendors on Surity supply chain principles. Help vendors take costs/inefficiencies out of their supply chain 61 Ensure regular operational review meetings take place with key vendors, particularly poor performers 61 Manage the order process between clients and vendors and maintain accurate and timely update of the order tracker. Ensure all CPAs are managed and delivered OTIFEF. Ensure outstanding orders and shipments are continually monitored. 61 Develop close working relationship with clients’ supply chain teams. Ensure regular communications are in place with clients’ supply chain counterparts, and issues resolved in a timely manner 61 Work closely with Sourcing and QA teams to minimize chance of delay shipments 61 Receive the forecasts from Clients’ supply chain. Use forecasts to help vendor with the production planning so as to ensure 100% OTIFEF deliveries and to take costs out of vendor’s supply chain - CPR for Surity 61 Regular vendor visits to ensure production plans are in place and being adhered to, particularly for key seasonal projects and large range reviews.
Requirements: - At least 2 years supply chain experience, preferably in import-export supply chains - Good communication & negotiation skills - Willing to co-operate and a team player, attention to detail, decisive and a solution oriented approach - Degree or above, preferably in supply chain or logistics management - Fluent spoken & written English - Production/manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage
