Global Internship Program: Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2025 Global Internship Program as a APAC Global Project Delivery Intern! Internship Assignment Summary: - Performs any combination of sample accession tasks, including opening, entering, tracking, labeling, shipping and disposition of samples. Reviews sample inventory against samples to ensure accuracy and communicate discrepancies - Informs Study Director, Principal Investigator and/or management of any problems during standard and study sample log in. - Certified to be an “after hours’ sample receipt” team member, as appropriate. - Work with procurement to order lab supply for the studies. - Maintains study documentation and laboratory records. - Perform routine instrument calibration and maintenance. - Sets up, operates and performs routine and non-routine maintenance on general equipment. - Contributes towards a cohesive team environment. - Maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment. - Participates in process improvement initiatives. - Participates in client visits as needed. - Plans individual workload in coordination with team members. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications/Skills: - College degree or above in chemistry or related scientific field - Experience may be substituted for education. - Ability to perform basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel). - Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing. - With good job responsibility, carefulness, patience and earnestness.
