Strong Mandarin + English required to help bridge the gap between Chinese-speaking business team and English-speaking engineering team.

Responsibilities:

project/product management - gathering and refining requirements with business stakeholders, facilitate meetings around the same, coordinate testing cycles and related activities.
Effectively communicate project status to the senior management and business partners on a regular basis
Partner with business to ensure their expectations are met and managed
Institutionalize best practices for IT applications development and project management to ensure consistent delivery of quality application solutions
