主要职责:
1.根据公司产品规划及市场趋势，完成确定的系统方案设计；
Finish system design as defined proposal according to THCQ product planning and market trend;
2. 遵循THCQ全球开发流程及功能安全需求，完成系统需求、系统架构设计、系统测试等工作；
Finish system requirements analysis, system structure development, system testing, follow THCQ global development process and functional safety requirements;
3. 根据项目计划，确保系统开发高效、高质量完成；
Based on project schedule, finish system development with high efficiency and quality;
学历&经验Education and Experience：
1. 本科及以上学历，电子、机电一体化、自动化、计算机类专业；
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Technology;
2. 2年以上汽车电子产品开发经验；
2+ years’ automotive electronics relative products working experience;
技能Skills:
1. 了解汽车电子系统的应用和功能，包括产品的硬件，软件和结构等方面
Knowledge of application and function of automotive electronic systems, including hardware, software, and mechanical aspects;
2. 了解FMEA和FTA，并知道在产品开发中如何进行应用
Knowledge of the FMEA and FTA methodology, know how to use them during the product development;
3. 了解汽车电子系统架构的基本原理/模型及不同的软硬件结构
Knowledge of architectural principles (patterns) and different software and hardware architectures;
4. 了解汽车电子通信协议：CAN FD、 CAN、LIN及常用的诊断规范UDS，并能熟练使用诊断工具,如CANoE，Vehicle Spy等
Know automotive communication protocol: CAN FD 、CAN、LIN and diagnostic standard UDS, familiar to use diagnostic tools, such as:CANoE;Vehicle Spy and so on.
5. 良好的英文沟通能力(至少可以在单一项目上和全球的工程团队进行技术沟通)
Good English communication skills within a global team(At least can communicate with Global team in special project)
6. 良好的沟通和团队协作能力；
Good teamwork and self-motivated;
