- Understand the industry by executing consumer/customer survey and market/competition research for better decision on the product category.
- Define and lead the execution of new product development projects and obsoleting process
- Track and evaluate product performance, determine category strategy and product roadmap
- Lead and drive for NPD execution along with updated roadmap
- Make periodical obsolete plan and execution for smooth transfer
- Budget planning with relevant department for NPD, new product launch and SKU obsolete
- Support line manager on related new connected product development plan and project execution for new categories
- Support on driving customized products sales across retail channels ( showroom/Home deco/ ecommerce/etc.) as well as margin improvement
- Define and execute 4P related policies and guidelines for all retail channels to drive sales
- Monitor the channel sales status/feedback and take necessary actions to drive sales confidence and momentum
- Make effective training for channel sales/customers to better delivery product FEAB
- Develop category and cross-category promotion plans for each promotion season and activity
- Study and continue to improve the category demonstration and feature advertising in all retail channels
- Execute system(mainly NineSun/KuJiale) data maintenance and necessary system improvement together with related department (IT/ Finance/Supply chain)
- Plan and execute the system integration program:
Cover NineSun and Kujiale( possibly plus SAP)
Cover retail and project channels
- Cover the whole front to end chain of design-order-manufacturing-delivery
- Execute and improve consulting service efficiency and effect of customization categories



Requirements and Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post graduate, better from science departments
- 3-5 years of marketing working experience, experience on kitchen& bath industry or customization product ( bath cabinet/ shower enclosure/ etc) is a plus
- Strong willing to fast learn and fast application on business related ERP and product customization software( like Kujiale, Sanweijia, NineSun, SAP)
- Strong willing and capability on coordination and problem solving
- Strong willing and capability (or demonstrated potential) on driving business growth
- Successful track record of planning and executing full-life-cycle product management is a plus
- IOT/Connected product technical knowhow is a plus
