TITLE: GL Accountant
REPORTING TO: Accounting manager
LOCATION: Shanghai
I. Purpose of Position
61 This position is responsible for GL & Tax accounting for VMC & R&D China.
II. Key Responsibilities
61 Daily routing GL & tax accounting, tax computation and forecast
61 Fixed assets accounting and management
61 Monthly account reconciliation
61 Tax filling and tax return for R&D service export
61 Complete statutory reporting under PRC GAAP, including Statistic, Business license renew
61 Support internal and external Auditing
61 Provide assistance to reporting under US GAAP
61 Perform other duties as assigned
III. Relationships
61 Includes intensive correspondence with corporate team and local tax / statistical authority
IV. Background and Skill
61 University diploma, majored in Accounting; Master/CPA/中级 is plus
61 3+ years working experience in accounting, tax experience is preferred;
61 Knowledge of SOX is preferred;
61 Good speaking, writing and reading in English;
61 Familiar with MS-Office and ERP/Onestream system;
61 Strong technical research and analysis skills; willing to learn
61 Good communicator and team player cross function;
61 Other Key Competencies: Faithfulness, problem solving, judgment, transparency;

61 Practical understanding of applicable China accounting policy and tax regulation
61 Independent and strong sense of integrity
61 Preferably experienced in Oracle / Kingdee as ERP system
