Responsibilities:
1.Support and conduct ROCS gap analysis (operational and interface) between Asia A&O Product team / Global PMO / ROCS Development team, as well as coordinating agreed test cases
2.Support ROCS gap analysis with countries regarding customs interfaces and invoicing processes
3.Lead and organize testing sessions with countries’ key users based on agreed test cases prior to implementation
4.Lead and organize training sessions in using ROCS for nominated country super & key users and Asia IT support team
5.Act as support for rolled out countries
A.First level support during rollout
B.Third level support as escalation post rollout
6.Coordinate and support on-site implementation in responsible regions / countries, which includes training material preparation, end-users training support, ramp-up test support, go-live support, and functional review
7.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on time
8.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Skill
1.Proven working experience in project management
2.Experience in logistics IT applications and technology
3.Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and independent
4.Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels
6.Proficient in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
7.Possess a good understanding of logistics processes
8.Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
9.Ability to travel as required
