职位描述
Responsible for promoting regional market sales, actively expanding existing customer projects and exploring new customers to achieve sales goals, while working closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
1、 Job Responsibilities
Fully support and follow up on the development of regional business, and make unremitting efforts to achieve sales targets.
Deeply involved in customized furniture projects, providing professional services to ensure the smooth progress of the project and achieve sales performance.
Responsible for deeply exploring the project requirements of existing clients and actively conducting project cooperation negotiations.
Maintain close communication with clients, timely understand their dynamics and project intentions, and provide personalized solutions.
Track and coordinate all aspects of existing customer projects, and participate throughout the entire process from project initiation to delivery.
Analyze market trends and make predictions, research market conditions, and provide a basis for developing new customer projects.
Develop company customer sales strategies, marketing strategies, and promotional communication channels to promote products and services to potential markets and seize project opportunities.
Work closely with the project manager to jointly oversee the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project.
Coordinate resources from all parties to ensure timely project delivery and quality meets customer requirements.
Participate in project risk assessment and problem-solving to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Continuously establish project reserves to lay the foundation for the sustained development of the company's business.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
2、 Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, business management, or related fields.
61 Have experience in project sales and project management in the hotel furniture industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with clients and drive project cooperation.
Capable of market analysis and strategy formulation, with keen business insight.
Strong project management skills, able to collaborate effectively with project managers to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Proficient in using office software.
