Your opportunity This position is related to the importation and exportation flow as an expert to lower Customs compliance risk and accurately in daily operation to support the business needs of Kering. How you will contribute You will contribute to the team by taking up following responsibilities: * Collaborate with vender and cross-funtional teams to serve for seamless daily operation * Regular review the SKU-level data pool to assure all information compliance with Customs and relevant authorities’ laws or regulations * Coordinate with WW compliance team for Product Library and special requests * Work with CN product team for GB standard check and the maintainance of label data pool * Assist with special event and new launch * Support any Customs audit to meet the requirement of Advanced AEO * Supervise the flow of import and export certificate/license application (CITES, golden, CCC, CO, DG label and etc.) * Optimize the SOPs according to latest requirements and mid/long-term Compliance strategy * Conduct the analysis and have the ability to work under the multitasking and presure * Support ad hoc customs cases and survey * Apply Customs and trade techniques with a competitive advantage to contribute on HS classification validation, cost saving from FTA and etc. * Keep abreast of Customs Compliance Regulations changes and updates * Monitor and anticipate regulatory changes and its impact to business including deep analysis and recommending mitigating measures. * Headsup for compliance setup in internal Customs system * Ensure cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure that all trade compliance requirements are met, and the best options are implemented * Support Logistics in problem solving issues and conduct the training in operations Who you are Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in international trade, supply chain management or other equivalent degree * At least 5 years relevant experience in Customs compliance and import & export field, have the luxury working background is perfect * Strong knowledge and experience of Customs HS classification, with the certificate related to Customs classification will be a plus * Knowledgeable on tariffs and Customs audit * Familiar with the policy and procedures of advanced AEO application * Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to practical situations * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in using customs compliance software and tools * Proactive and innovative as a great teamwork player, open to and willing to learn Skills: * Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT, Power BI and etc.) * Good English in both oral and written * Strong analytical skill Why work with us?
