【工作职责】 * 负责所在区域产品和解决方案的销售,与团队合作完成负责区域的销售目标; * 维护和发展所负责的市场,完成新客户开发目标及利润指标; * 向客户提供公司产品解决方案,负责合同洽谈、订单执行、货款催收及售后支持等全流程销售; * 销售渠道开发与管理、品牌推广、市场调研和竞争对手相关信息收集; * 维护客户关系,规划并完善目标客户群的拓展策划; * 从销售和客户需求的角度,理解产品应用和流程,对产品的研发提供指导性建议; * 确定和发展重点用户成为公司爱粉,及时反馈相关客户信息至上级经理; * 定期汇报有关业务活动、市场开发和客户总体满意度状态; * 与总部的销售和客户管理团队密切合作,把握客户销售机会; * 与总部相关部门或团队(销售支持和业务分支)保持紧密合作; * 上级交付的其他工作。 - Responsible for the sales of products & solutions in the region, and cooperate with the team to complete the region sales objectives; - Maintain and develop the market in charge, and complete the new customer development and profitability target; - Provide customers with the company's product solutions, be responsible for full sales cycle from contract negotiation, order execution, payment collection to after-sales support, etc; - Sales channel development and management, brand promotion, market research and information collection of competitors in the region; - Maintain customer relationship, plan and improve the development plan of customer groups; - Provide guiding suggestions for product research and development from the perspective of sales and customer demand by understanding product application and process; - Identify and develop top users into Seitz fans, and feedback relevant customer information to the superior manager in time; - Regularly report relevant business activities, market development and overall customer satisfaction status; - Work closely with the sales and customer management team of the headquarter to grasp customer sales opportunities; - Keep close cooperation with relevant headquarter departments or teams (sales support and business segment); - Other tasks assigned.
【任职要求】 * 大专或以上学历,机械、自动化、机电一体化或其它相关工程类专业; * 三年以上相关工作经验,具备丰富的销售经验,有一定客户资源者优先; * 熟悉零部件或OEM业务;具备方案定制化经验;熟悉船舶、吹塑行业优先; * 热爱销售工作、乐观向上、勤奋踏实、强烈的工作责任心及团队合作精神;跨文化 * 优秀的销售和沟通技巧,强烈的客户服务意识,自我激励和压力承受能力,能适应50%-70%的经常出差; * 良好的英语表达能力及电脑处理能力; - College degree or above, major in mechanical, automation, mechatronics or other related engineering; - More than three years working experience, rich sales experience, with certain customer resources is preferred; - Familiar with component or OEM business; experiences with customer-specific solutions; familiar with Marine or PET blowing industry is preferred; - Love sales work, optimistic, diligent and practical, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; - Excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong customer service awareness, self-motivation and pressure tolerance, can adapt to frequent business trips up to 50%-70%; - Good English and computer ability.
