Objectives: This is a newly created position to drive and support China HBH&ENV sales and enhance the capability of selling
Duties & Responsibilities: - Support China HBH&ENV Sales team on related Business Reporting and on-demand Business Analysis. - Track China HBH&ENV BU Business Health and Highlight Potential Risk - Be responsible for Sales force & 销售易management, sales process optimization etc. - Develop Sales Matrix/Index and enable the Sales Strategy - Partnership with Sales Teams, related aligned Function Teams and Operation Team to achieve Business Goals or Solve the Issues through daily Communication and Strategic Negotiation. - Take the ownership of Sales Operation Projects as assigned. - Other tasks assigned by SBU Leader
Skills and Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a sales operation role within a rapidly growing company - Ability to eloquently distill and communicate complex topics broadly to leaders, team members and everyone in between - Excel expert skills comfortable developing insightful models and quantitative analysis, paired with critical thinking and sound business judgment - Very good communication skill - Quick witted for new knowledge learning;
