To support on daily operation task to ensure related SOP smooth execution
·02020202In charge of all the page launch & assets usage on Douyin including all the PDP, PLP, HP based on brand campaign calendar
·02020202To assist on Douyin daily operation including novelty launch, livestreaming room check, stock daily replenishment, customer service etc
·02020202To assist on regular reporting including weekly report, competitor activation tracking, promotion tracking etc
·02020202To assist monitor customer service KPI and close monitor on consumer complaint followup with DP CSR
·02020202In charge of all the channel PO and internal order placement
