岗位职责 1. Responsible for leading Inside Sales team to provide good service to customers 负责带领内销团队给予客户优质服务 2. Leadership & mentoring of the Insider Sales team to ensure that business targets are achieved in responsible regions领导并指引内销团队完成既定的销售目标 3. Shorten the AR Collection days缩减应收账款收回时间 4. Follow up sales strategies执行销售策略 5. Train, support and monitor Inside Sales team培训、支持及检查内销团队 6. Complete all routine weekly/monthly reports as necessary to ensure effective information distribution完成必要的周/月报表以确保任务有效的分配 7. Comply to company’s procedure遵守公司流程 8. Maintain and support 6S principles and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行 9. Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作
任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree or the above本科及以上学历 2. 5+ years of successful customer service management experiences至少五年以上成功客户服务管理经验 3. Strong negotiating and communication skills优秀的谈判及沟通技巧 4. Good oral and written English skills良好的英语口语及书面语技巧 5. Proficient with MS office and familiar with ERP system (SAP)熟练使用办公软件及ERP软件(SAP) 6. Team work spirit团队合作精神 7. Patient, efficient, responsible, can work under pressure耐心、高效、负责、能在压力下工作 8. Good mental and physical conditions良好的身心健康状况
