Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Platform & Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our data platform infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations, and implementing robust CI/CD processes. This role also involves managing disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. The successful candidate must be an expert in infrastructure as code (Terraform), possess a strong understanding of networking, and have extensive experience with cloud-based data solutions, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.
Requirements Minimal Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. - 5+ years+ experience in setting up and managing cloud-based data platform infrastructures and CICD pipelines. - Expertise in using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, management, and automation, particularly within the Azure ecosystem. - Strong knowledge of network configurations, Azure VNET, DNS, load balance, peering and private end-point. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data and infrastructure issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft Certifications of cloud administration, DevOps Engineer Expert etc.
Job Description Main Tasks - Data Platform Infrastructure Setup: Design, implement, and maintain robust data platform infra-structure to support the organization's data needs by applying global infra as a code core module to China 21V Azure - Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the data platform, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and scalability. - CI/CD Setup and Process Control: Develop and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deploy-ment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate and streamline data processes. - Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availa-bility in case of system failures or other emergencies.
