Position Overview As a Senior Data Engineer, you will drive the development and continuous improvement of semiconductor equipment through data science. You will uncover the potential value of the company's data, utilizing machine learning and deep learning techniques for equipment fault prediction, health management, advanced process control, and results analysis in semiconductor manufacturing. Key Responsibilities 1、Data Modeling: Design and develop data models for fault prediction, health management (PHM), fault detection and classification (FDC), predictive maintenance (PdM), advanced process control (APC), Data-driven CFD model optimization and CFD solver optimization 2、Based on Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINN), and more. 3、Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with process engineers and equipment engineers to solve process and equipment problems. 4、Project Involvement: Participate in the entire data project lifecycle, from data collection to deployment, providing tailored solutions for various data scales to enhance customer satisfaction. 5、Methodology Evaluation: Investigate and evaluate methodologies in data science to improve existing data models. Main Requirements 1、Education: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Automation, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or other quantitative fields. 2、Model Design and Implementation: Proficient in statistical learning and machine learning models. Familiar with time series models, various regression and classification models, and neural networks (LSTM, RNN, AutoEncoder, etc.). Capable of independently designing and implementing robust models. 3、Data Processing Skills: Experienced in data processing and feature engineering. Knowledge of dimensionality reduction methods such as PCA, LDA, ICA, and proficient in feature selection, construction, and fusion methods. 4、Programming Skills: Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Python, Matlab, C++, R. Familiar with scientific computing libraries like Scipy, Sklearn, and knowledgeable in deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras. Experience in user interface development is a plus. 5、Project Experience: Experience publishing papers in data science conferences or journals is preferred. Prior project experience in PHM/FDC/semiconductors is a plus. 6、Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to write technical documentation and academic papers in fluent English.
