An exceptional and exciting career opportunity is currently available for a Stationry Account Manager; reporting to Regional Sales Leader, responsible for managing and growing sales of Stationry refrigerant products at OEM and aftermarket customers located across China. The Account Manager will be responsible for serving existing customers and developing new accounts.
Job Responsibilities: 61 Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives 61 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts 61 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations 61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers 61 Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process 61 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities 61 Maintains close relationships with and works through key distributor partners to effectively facilitate deliveries of refrigerant products 61 Works closely with all functions (legal, supply chain, logistics, engineering, technology, etc) 61 Interacts with and coordinates activities with peer Account Managers who are calling on the same account in other regions. 61 Builds a sales pipeline, works on NPI programs in the territory. 61 Works closely with tech service and technology team 61 Provides accurate AOP and monthly forecasts for the territory 61 Assists in collection of invoices as needed 61 Complete the daily tasks that manager assigned Additional Qualifications: 61 Master degree(preferred) in a relevant field of Thermal and Power Engineering/Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering/HVAC Engineering 61 Technical knowledge and understanding of energy and sustainability solutions 61 Nice to have some related working experience but not a must 61 Excellent communication and presentations skills both written and verbal 61 Excellent spoken and written English is essential 61 Excellent skills on MS software including PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word etc, 61 Good at data collection, analysis and presentation 61 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 61 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 61 Operates with a structured work process including account planning, call reporting and global coordination/communication across the internal teams "
