00Shipment, Revenue: Accountable for delivering shipment and revenue targets for the responsible customers by focusing on sales drivers (distribution, visibility, pricing, merchandising/ promotions); Develop tracking and reporting tools to monitor the sales performance; Identify potential gaps, communicating those gaps and recommending possible solutions. Planning: Accountable for process of strategic evaluation and prioritization of Key retailers business on a regular basis; Lead the development of Key Accounts plans that link into channel plans; Develop the joint business development process with key customers; Partner with trade marketing to create deliverable consumption driven plans aligned to customer strategy; In-store plan & execution tracking for distributors & regional sales. Trade Fund Management: Has full ownership of Trade Funds for the responsible customers; Prioritize the allocation of trade funds based on strategic importance of the customer and the best benefit to the company; Partner with Trade Marketing to develop sustainable and unique programming to foster growth aligned to Customer Business Plan; Constantly strive for more effective and efficient spending practices to maximize return on investment. Distributor cooperation & Route to Market (RTM): Improve customer collaboration with focus on service level both in direct customer & distributor. Cooperate with distributors to ensure CCU management & in-store execution. Forecasting: Accountable for the provision of accurate and timely information on future demands to assist forecasting process;Ensure open and timely communication between customer and distributors. Customer management: Accountable for the customer HQ relationship build up and cooperation. Leads the effective trading terms negotiation with key customers to reach win-win agreement;Continuously look for innovative opportunities to further develop the business.
