职位信息 1、As the single contact person between the team in Shanghai and Beijing for the work related to Admin and business operations. 2、Ensure smooth admin support including reception, courier, documents stamping, meeting room reservation, stationeries and snacks ordering so as to maximize the team’s efficiency and effectiveness. 3、Communicate effectively with local and global cross-functional teams to ensure efficient business support. 4、Provide administrative support to designated Function Heads including organizing international and domestic business travel/flights in accordance with the relevant travel policies, expense claims, meeting arrangement and coordination, etc. 5、Organise team events and meetings and make appropriate logistical arrangements. 6、Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees including making logistical arrangements, coordinating IT matters. 7、Handle logistical arrangements for visitors, such as hotel arrangements, transportation, etc. 8、Collaborate with other Admin colleagues to ensure smooth and high quality business support to the team. 9、Perform other tasks as required.
岗位要求: 1、University degree in any discipline and at least 2 years of administrative/secretarial expeerience. 2、Proven track record of effectively supporting Function Heads and team 3、Strong verbal and written communication in English and Chinese. 4、Good skills in project management preferred.
