Main Accountabilities: 1. Strategy: Develops and implements business strategies for newly defined areas and segments in agreement with the PL strategy. Promotes, monitors and reviews process flowmeter Product Line strategy implementation in the region with the Front End Sales. Ensure and support the portfolio rationalization and deployment into the regional markets. 2. Targets: Support growth in the region according to the defined targets. Target the major accounts to get into AVL. Define and implement in agreement with the Global Product Line a dedicated pricing strategy for countries, segments, industries and accounts. 3. Product Development: Collaborates with Product Line Product management team and Sales to define and document required product enhancements and product road map that enables market penetration towards targets. 4. Market Analysis: Identifies focus market segments and applications to target across the industries. Identifies focus territories and accounts for the above. Identifies new strategic segments and business opportunities based on analysis and PL strategy, defining strategy/business approach to be implemented by the Front End Sales. 5. Sales support: Guides, motivates and develops marketing and sales teams by being on the road with the sales force for training, and customer events; visiting potential and existing customers, distribute technical and marketing materials, and participate in the industry events and exhibitions. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/solution/service-related training. 6. Marketing plan: Collaborates with Product Line Product management team and Sales to define and implement the marketing plan, including marketing communication activities and training activities and sales initiatives. 7. Product Value Proposition: With the Global PM team, defines product customer value propositions by local segment and channel ensuring the global message fits the local market. Ensures clear communication to local channels to deliver clear product positioning within the portfolio and responsible market. 8. Reporting: Reviews and analyzes performance against targets and prepares improvement plans. Establishes regular reports and statistics. 9. Represents the products in relevant standard or regulator organizations in China and provides feedback on relevant regulatory or standard changes affecting the product line. 10. Ensures that accurate and complete technical analysis is performed for complex and repetitive technical issues in close co-ordination with product responsible unit’s design and development team the reported through the Customer Care Resolution Process (CCRP) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to continually improve upon overall customer satisfaction. Experience/Education 1. More than 5 years of related experience preferably with a technically oriented manufacturer serving the Industrial marketplace 2. Proven experience in technical value proposition selling and dedicated application and product support and development. Specific Requirements 1. This position is available in Shanghai, China. 2. Travel of about 10% percent of the time. Limited international travel. 3. Good presentation and communication skills
