Job Role: Your focus will be on developing the Overseas Tank business by enhancing operational capability + delivery of increased profitability, balancing between cost-efficiency + high-quality processing, while continuously optimizing production costs to deliver high quality shipment management as well as overseas services.
Job Responsibilities: To collaborate with Overseas Agency through proactive provision of information, knowledge, solutions + alternatives to deliver customer satisfaction. To maintain + strengthen overseas agency and operational carrier relationships. To contribute to continuousimprovements of processes + controlsfor lean + cost-efficient processes. To optimize the development of Sea Logistics operational KPIs. To ensure the highestlevels of productivity within the organization in collaboration with our Systems + Processes teams. To perform timely + accurate cost/revenue updates, escalating all files that are below the minimum GP threshold as per guidelines to ensure cost awareness + efficiency. Resolve claims + disputes.
Skills and Experiences Your analytical + problem solving approach along with an ability to work under pressure + great time management will be key to your success in this role. 1. Minimum 3 years of operational and management experience in ISO Tank & ocean freight forwarding. 2. Ability to see the bigger picture both from commercial/customer and operational/internal perspective 3. High degree of accountability, results driven mindset 4. Ability to align with stakeholders at all levels of the business and customer organizations 5. Capable of communicating and collaborating with people of different national backgrounds and roles. 6. Ability to perform under pressure and confidence to be performing strong. 7. Professional use of English, other languages are a plus.
