工作职责: 1. Work with Planning Director to set media objective, analyse market/consumer/competitor dynamics, and formulate media strategy 2. Be involved in performance media planning, data analytics, insight learning and post-buy reports of performance campaigns. 3. Co-ordinate with clients and social/creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing 4. Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight 5. Have a strong knowledge and experience in data analysis and data mining, such as Yuntu, Tencent DMP, Databank, lingxi ,etc.
任职资格: 1. 4+ years media planning experience, good understanding of the work flow of marketing and advertising 2. Has a good working ethics as well as professional integrity, and be passionate towards digital/performance industry. 3. Experience in handling all media, strong in digital performance planning skill, including digital display, Douyin ,Red, programmatic, search, EC. 4. Good communication and presentation skills. 83 Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing. 5. Well known with PowerPoint and excel . 6. Detail oriented, responsible, and a team player.
