Responsibilities: 61 Account management: -Set up, drive, and deliver Sales Budget for China North Region through SMART action plans aligned with management team on a regular basis; -Build and execute strategic account plans through external and internal multifunctional engagements; -Update S&OP Demand Review on a monthly basis. 61 New Business development: -Accelerate new business growth in China North through new customer development and new product promotion; -Cross-functional collaboration to expand our new businesses on Food Protection and Nutrition. 61 Customer relationship: -Strengthen customer intimacy by frequent F2F visits to build a profitable and sustainable relationship; -Identify and support customers’ needs to enhance business efficiency, customer intimacy and satisfaction. 61 Multifunctional Collaboration -Ensure with the supply team the orders of customers in quantity and in time; -Timely manage customer complaints with Quality and Technical teams; -Support APAC Product Managers on Market and Competition Intelligence with comprehensive feedback of market threats and opportunities; -Support Accounting Department in relation to collection of customer payment. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor degree or above, with preferring in Food science and or Animal Science. 61 Minimum 5 years B2B Sales experience, preferring in Food or Feed Industry. 61 Positive and Service-mind toward customers and colleagues, self-motivated and maturity to be able to work alone, strong communication skills and attention to detail. 61 Ability to travel up to 60% according to business needs. 61 Good English writing and speaking skills are essential / Mandarin Native language 61 Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, and email messaging software
