Qualification & Experience: 61 8 - 15 years relevant experience 61 Diploma in a related engineering field 61 Proficient in CAD/ BIM design and coordination of the construction industry Main Duties: BIM/VDC Scope 61 Developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows. 61 Developing the BIM team. 61 Training team members on BIM software and best practices. 61 Managing BIM data and ensuring its accuracy and accessibility. 61 Collaborating with design team and construction team, and contractors to ensure seamless BIM integration. 61 Monitoring project progress and identifying potential BIM-related issues. 61 Implementing BIM software and hardware solutions. 61 Providing technical support and guidance to team members. 61 Staying up-to-date on the latest BIM trends and technologies. 61 Estibish the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). Technical Proficiency: Expertise in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Space Management Scope 61 Ensures Mechanical, Electrical and Process systems are coordinated to meet space co-ordination requirements; 61 Works on combined services drawings to identify and resolve possible clashes; Produces coordinated layouts and sectional drawings; 61 Provides space design recommendation to design and construction team; 61 To coordinate with engineer to resolve any clash problems on site; Oversee and Execute: 61 For 3-Dimensional design, lead and oversee 3-Dimensional model development; 61 For 3-Dimensional design, lead and oversee creation and maintenance of Catalogues and Specifications; 61 Assigns work to junior mechanical CAD resources and manage respective workloads; 61 Monitors performance of mechanical CAD resources in terms of output and technical competence. 61 Acts as project Design Co-ordinator when required.
