Duties and responsibilities: 02 Buying & Merchandising: ·0202020202020202Assist and support the team to plan, implement buying strategies inline with company direction & HQ strategy ·0202020202020202Select product assortment by cluster and responsible for order placement correspond to sales target ·0202020202020202Prepare pre and post buying analysis and corresponding buy recap each season ·0202020202020202Develop assortment mapping by cluster to ensure stores with appropriate collection story and colours ·0202020202020202Monitor sales and sell through situation and initiate appropriate strategies and tactics to liquidate stocks and boosts sales ·0202020202020202Provide regular sales analysis and market/product insights on leathergoods ·0202020202020202Partner with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training and Retail department to align merchandising , sales and promotional strategies , and to collect feedbacks from stores for review and planning of merchandising plan ·0202020202020202Consolidate and provide constructive feedbacks on products and collections for leather goods after launch and provide regular sales updates ·0202020202020202Conduct regular market research and prepare seasonal reports among competitors, market trends and pricing strategies ·0202020202020202Provide regular product feedbacks to HQ on product specifics, customer trend and competitor information ·0202020202020202Report regularly to top management for sales performance, merchandise mix, inventory situations and other important issues 02 02 Allocation & Inventory Management: ·0202020202020202Monitor inventory, delivery situations along with Planning and Logistics team to ensure appropriate level of stocks are maintained in retail stores ·0202020202020202Manage Novelty Model Stock setting and maintain monthly model stock to ensure healthy level for retail stores to support business needs ·0202020202020202Conduct timely replenishment to all channels (Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale channels) ·0202020202020202Arrange regular stock rebalancing between channels to maximize sales opportunities
