Job Responsibility: 61 Develop long range and short term plan and communicate with input and collaboration from key stakeholders including account management team, strategic partner, finance, MP, etc 61 Drive healthy marketplace inventory and growth through in-season management levers including promotion, cancellation and returns 61 In-season read & react -Weekly and seasonal performance tracking with recommended action 61 Recap and analysis of performance incl. sales result vs plan, key door performance, territory level performance, resource investment efficiency etc.
Job Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience of planning, buying experience preferred. 61 Strong data analysis skills with comprehensive understanding of correlation among retail math 61 Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others 61 Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc. 61 Fluent communication both in Chinese & English
