岗位职责：
1.Responsible for site facilities operation and
ensure all facilities operations; maintenance and management activities of the
electrical; mechanical; chemical; fire protection systems and
equipment; etc.,
are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the client; JLL and governmental
policies and requirements.
2.mplement
Daily inspection on site equipment, manage supplier to perform standard
maintenance as schedule.
3.Review
and Archive maintenance documentation from supplier,
4.Plan, implement and review site specific
engineering & operational processes and procedure;
5.Coordinate and implement energy management
programs to assist the client if any utilities cost reduction.
6.Managing all vendors effectively and to carry out
technical and safety audits/maintenance and repairs for all equipment as
scheduled;
7.Familiar with IFM related
process during operation (LOTO, office power down, risk register, etc)
8.To be fully comprehensible and well-versed with
the site’s Critical Environment procedures.
9.To be able to provide viable solutions for
technical issues to the client at all times;
10.Assist the Site
Facilities Manager in conducting
compliance review where necessary;
11.Administer the JLL Corrigo program for PPM on site;

2.制定所有设施设备系统的月度维护、季度维护、半年度维护、年度维护计划，并跟据系统的运行的生命周期给与延长寿命的方案。
3.处理设施设备如暖通系统、高低压电气系统、消防系统、各类特种设备出现的紧急情况，在设备故障发生时能有效时间进行分析和判断，控制事态扩大，对运行维护数据能进行分析处理，并寻找资源，尽快解决。65
4.每天检查关键环境中的设施运行状态，以发现任何异常情况，立即时安排维修。65
5.应客户的要求对家具、灯具、电力、插座等小规模的修理作业。65
6.协调和监督每周的任何维修和维护作业。65
7.月度总结，汇总当月完成维护维保和维修的情况。
8.根据设施设备的运营情况，年度分析其状态，并制定长远的生命周期的维保和保养。65
9.根据客户需求负责制定小项目改造需求方案以及项目验收。65
10.对客户现场所有外包的Hard-Service供应商定期维保的对接和管理65
11.全力协助客户现场的其他需求。65
岗位要求：
Ideal Experience
1 .3 years and more experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
2.Technical certification in hand： Electrician Certificate. Air conditioning and HVAC certificate is preferred.
3.Basic PC literacy and office software usage and English writing and reading
4.Knowledge of critical facilities and an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
3年及以上设施、物业管理、酒店或相关领域经验
现有技术证书：电工证书。
基本的电脑知识和办公软件使用
良好的英语读写能力， CET-4 优先
了解关键设施并了解办公室运维的基本技术方面（机房空调、消防系统、机电系统、BMS 系统）
