84 8 – 10 years’ cumulative experience working in the compliance field in multi-national companies, in-house experience is preferred. 84 Practical experience and familiarity with the Core Areas, particularly in anti-bribery and corruption, fair competition and third party due diligence. 84 Extensive knowledge and expertise in advising on compliance issues, including: 84 Undertaking risk assessments and gap analyses. 84 Leading investigations into compliance breaches. 84 drafting policies and procedures. 84 overseeing third party due diligence and understanding compliance risks involving supply chains. 84 compliance training and internal communications; and 84 Ability to engage collaboratively with all stakeholders, influence key decision makers and coordinate changes in policies/procedures/risk mitigation strategies across the business (i.e. working with Ethics & Compliance team, Finance, HR, Risk, Legal, Business Units), including working with executives, the Board, and management of particular business units. 84 Able to identify relevant regulatory changes and areas requiring improvement, and coordinate responses. 84 Managing relationships with key stakeholders including senior management. 84 Experience in dealing with laws of multiple jurisdictions, particularly those in China and the impact of this on company policies and procedures. 84 Experience in dealing with regulators. 84 Experience in examining fraud. 84 Experience in developing compliance programs.84 84 Fluent in English and Chinese 84 A bachelor degree or above in law or risk management or equivalent 84 Understanding and familiarisation with compliance function responsibilities 84 Unquestionable integrity, trustworthiness, and interpersonal and stakeholder management skills 84 Excellent critical and logical thinking, communication and influencing skills; highly self-motivated; team player 84 Has initiative, drive and maturity in leadership, executive presence 84 Good command of office software/tools
