Job tasks: 1.Work with product heads and trade lane development counterparts to pursue sales strategies, target lists, volume goals, etc. for all field sales 2.Communicate, align and ensure execution of said strategies together with local resources plus nominated overseas counterparts 3.Actively participate with sales and trade management in product enhancements, developments and pricing discussions 4.Work closely with overseas counterparts and provide regular updates of trade lane development to management 5.Develop short and long term business plan based on customer’s strategic and stretch goals 6.Make recommendations to ensure sustained growth of Hellmann’s market share
Requirement: 1.At least 5 years of Trade and Product development within the industry 2.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin 3.Strong operational trade knowledge and familiar with China market 4.Ability to motivate sales team in a collaborative style 5.Detail-oriented with good analytical skills 6.Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
